Excellent customer service. Had an eye test and contact lens check today. The service was excellent, and even though it was busy, I didn't feel rushed to make choices on what frames to go for. The optometrist was friendly and provided good advice on my options regarding reading glasses. Big thank you to Shane for a great job sorting out my new glasses order and adjusting my old glasses. My family and I have been customers at Specsavers in Watford for many years and it's our experiences like today, that keep us coming back.

I am a regular customer at Specsavers, Watford branch. I visited this branch on Thursday morning 11/1/24 as due to my accident of a fall before Christmas my Titanium framed spectacles were unfortunately damaged beyond repair, as the lenses were relatively new Tracy, the supervisor and an assistant Tanita kindly checked with a technician if the lenses (variofocal) of the damaged frames could be fitted into another pair of frames, alas no. Tracy was aware that I had incurred expenses back in April 2023 when purchasing my new spectacles and lenses so very kindly offered a discount on a new replacement pair. I really appreciated this gesture of goodwill from her and her kindness and consideration when she helped me choose a suitable pair of glasses, thank you I am a happy customer.

Came into the store to repair my glasses and find out about how much my glasses cost. I was approached and helped by a staff called Rahul who had excellent customer service and knowledge about the lenses which managed to fix my very bend frames which I thought was broken. He also explained me what lenses was required and gave me as much detailed I needed to solve the issue.

I was served by Sam and Sujatha. They are absolutely amazing. For my frame fitting, Sam was very technically sound also she helped me to find a frame which suits my face. she is very delightful, thorough professional, a gem for this shop. Sujatha trained me how to look through bifocal for the very first time and she is very knowledgeable and helpful too. I will go back to this particular specsavers for these two ladies, I must agree

The staff inside have always been pleasant to deal with, and although some of them do not seem to be as well trained on their products as others, I had no real complaints. However, the woman that calls you to confirm your appointments is terrible. Why bother training customer facing staff to be polite, and then have a woman with all the manners of a rabid monkey working on customer service phones? It makes no sense. I had been a loyal customer for over 6 years, but I have now switched to your direct competitors in the mall.

I have been a Client since 2007 or 2008, the service has been absolutely fantastic each time and I purchase new glasses at least once a year. People working there are nice, dedicated and very helpful. I have moved away from the area ages ago but still go back to this very Specsavers because of the outstanding customer service.

Amazing Staff, First time using the Watford branch of Specsavers after my current glasses breaking at work I needed a new pair. Goppi and Sunil gave me plenty of guidance for my eye test and were very helpful and saw to me very quickly. Harvey was very friendly and extremely helpful. He gave me plenty of help in picking out my 2 new frames and gave me lots of useful information & great recommendations to help me with my choice of glasses and lenses. I am looking forward to picking them up when they arrive
